Judy Pick, Audioprosthologist
BC-HIS, Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences

Judy is the Owner and a Hearing Aid Dispenser. She also carries her certification in Audioprosthology and is Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences. Judy performs Hearing Evaluations and Consultations, Hearing Aid Fittings and Adjustments, In-House Repairs, and, of course, all of the tasks that come along with being the Business Owner. Judy educates and counsels patients throughout the process on understanding their hearing, obtaining new hearing aids, as well as on the ongoing care and preventative maintenance needed for the instruments to work well. Judy has accumulated a very loyal client base as a result of the excellent care that she has extended to her patients since she first started Center for Better Hearing Aids in 1989.


Lyndsey Conard, B.A. in Psychology
Hearing Aid Dispenser, Lic# HA7629

Lyndsey is also a Hearing Aid Dispenser. Just like Judy, Lyndsey performs Hearing Evaluations and Consultations, Hearing Aid Fittings and Adjustments, and In-House Repairs. She takes pride in providing thorough information, as well as compassionate counseling and service every step of the way. Lyndsey has always had a passion for helping people, and that enthusiasm, along with her knowledge and professionalism, has translated into even more patients that feel comfortable, confident, and trusting in the services that Center for Better Hearing Aids provides.


Nancy Notor, M.S. in Speech and Hearing Sciences

CCC-A, American Academy of Audiology Fellow
Hearing Aid Dispenser, Lic# HA5098

Nancy is a licensed Audiologist, a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, and holds a Master’s Degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of Arizona. She is also a Hearing Aid Dispenser and has worked in the hearing field since 1980. Nancy is contracted with our office, and is a very important part of our team.


Linda Leanos
Office Manager / Insurance Specialist

Linda manages everything that relates to the general running of our office, and takes care of many aspects of our company’s finances. She makes sure that everything is running smoothly and that all aspects of our business are attended to. Linda works closely with Paula to ensure that our patients are taken care of and followed up with. Linda also takes care of insurance billing, including verifying eligibility and coverage, submitting claims, and consistently following up with both the patient and the insurance company.


Paula Simmons
Lab Technician / Office Assistant

All of our long-time patients are familiar with Paula. She has worked for Center for Better Hearing Aids for many years, and has a great connection with our patients. Paula is mainly responsible for answering phones, greeting patients, shipping and receiving, data entry, hearing aid cleanings, maintaining stock, and taking on additional projects as needed. Paula and Linda are assets to the running of Center for Better Hearing Aids and have greatly contributed to the growing number of loyal and happy patients.


Jacie Ross-Frederick
Administrative Assistant

Jacie is Judy's daughter. She has helped out at Center for Better Hearing Aids throughout the years since she was very young. We are lucky to now have her as a regular part of our team. Jacie is responsible for most aspects of our marketing, including tracking and compiling all of the data. She is always smiling and ready to give a helping hand to whoever needs it, whether it be a patient or one of her associates. Jacie has taken on numerous projects and responsibilities and we are all appreciative of her help. Jacie is very versatile and has a plethora of skills that reinforce the fact that she is a vital part of our team.
